Chanda Chann is a licensed real estate broker specializing in luxury homes and commercial property advisor with more than 25+ years of experience. A licensed broker in Virginia and North Carolina, she is Principal Broker/Owner of Rockstar Realty, and Senior Vice President at JLL in Virginia, with a North Carolina brokerage affiliation through All NC Real Estate. She advises investors, business owners, developers, and private clients on investment sales, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and luxury residential transactions, combining financial analysis, strategic positioning, and skilled negotiation.
Beginning her career as a receptionist, Chanda advanced through progressively responsible real estate roles, developing a practical, client-focused approach. Her experience spans commercial and residential brokerage.
Chanda serves as 2026 Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the CCIM Institute and will serve as its 2027 President. She also served as the Second Vice Chair on the Board of Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a Bachelor Degree in Management and Finance, and an MBA in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from American Military University, earned in 2013 and 2015.
Through partners in Florida and across the United States, Chanda supports domestic and international clients with coordinated, market-specific expertise. With Cambodian heritage, fluent in Khmer, Thai and Laotian language capabilities, and the perspective of a Navy spouse, Chanda brings cultural understanding and a personal approach to serving clients across commercial investments and luxury estates.
